Tui accelerometers are installed on the equipment to be monitored and together with other instruments already installed, they stream data into the ozLive Data Acquisition Unit where it is processed and made available for viewing via your local area network and transmitted to the Tui Industries servers where it is analysed and transferred to the ozTrackTM database.

Casing and shaft vibration can be seen through trended spectra acceleration and velocity plots, and spectral map waterfall charts. Exception alerts are generated when vibration levels exceed predefined limits, and are displayed beside the subject equipment in the equipment tree.

Routine vibration analysis reports and maintenance activity reports are stored on the system for fast retrieval. Oil analysis results can be stored and trended for each machine. Specialised sensors can be installed on compressors and turbines which feed information into the Tip Timing package for monitoring of blade degradation. All data is trended and kept in the machine history database.

The system software is simple to use and accessible from anywhere in the world via the internet.
