Tui accelerometers are installed on the equipment to be monitored and together with other instruments already installed, they stream data into the ozLive Data Acquisition Unit where it is processed and made available for viewing via your local area network or remotely via the internet.
Exception alerts are generated when vibration levels exceed predefined limits, and can be sent to a machinery protection system, PLC or microprocessor control device, to a list of email and SMS recipients, or to a plant control system.
Once proximity probe data is available rotor dynamic monitoring can be enabled and, in the event that it becomes necessary, Tui Industries can remotely assist site personnel to perform rotor balancing.
The system software is simple to use and accessible via your local area network, or from anywhere in the world via the internet.
